Kelsa – AI Resume & ATS Optimizer

1. What We Collect

Kelsa collects your email address and display name when you create an account. Resume text and job descriptions you submit are used solely to generate your ATS analysis — they are not stored beyond what is needed to display your results and history.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the Kelsa service: generating ATS scores, keyword analysis, and improvement suggestions. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your account data and analysis history are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page.

4. AI Processing

Resume and job description text is sent to AI providers (NVIDIA NIM, Google Gemini) to generate analysis results. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and do not retain your data for training purposes under our agreements.

5. Cookies

Kelsa uses Firebase Authentication cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
